propertymark Client Money Protection
CMP is a scheme that reimburses landlords and tenants should a letting agent misappropriate their rent, deposit or other client funds. It has long been a requirement for ARLA Propertymark members to have CMP and has been a legal requirement for all letting agents since 1 April 2019.

Deposit Protection Service
We use a custodial deposit protection scheme, where your tenancy deposits are held securely, for the duration of a tenancy, and administration of the repayment is done by the DPS.
Property Redress Scheme
If you are not happy with our service, please raise this issue with us first. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the outcome of our response, you are legally entitled to raise your compliant with the PRS.
